Talk to your loved ones

Talk to your loved ones

My sister asked if we could schedule a zoom dinner sometime soon, like we did during lockdown and it made me think about the hilarity that ensued. It was always because Mum could never work out how to get the camera working during the call. On at least one occasion she ‘rage’ quit, which just made the rest of us laugh even more.

On a serious note, loneliness is a very real issue for many people around the country, the ageing population in particular. When the social needs of our loved ones are not met, it leads to other issues effecting general health and well being. Make sure you connect with your family when you can. Use technology to your advantage. Get a device for an elderly loved one in care and teach them how to answer a face time / zoom call.

Oh, and make sure to laugh…

About Ulls

My goal is to ensure other local families have all the information they need to conduct a funeral for their loved ones, the way they want to. I want to empower them with the tools they will need to get it done themselves, or help them with an affordable service available in the region.
