Akooramak Care of Older Persons is a community-owned, not-for-profit aged care provider serving Warwick and the Southern Downs. Operated by the Warwick Benevolent Society, which was established in 1876, Akooramak has a long history of supporting older members of the community through residential aged care, dementia care, respite care and home care services. Its mission is to provide quality residential and community aged care while remaining locally owned and governed.
