K-Life Medical Centre is a community-owned, not-for-profit general practice providing comprehensive healthcare to Killarney and the surrounding Southern Downs. Founded in 2023 when long-serving local GP Dr Leith Geisel donated her practice to the community, the clinic continues her legacy of ensuring local residents can access quality healthcare without leaving town. Operated by K-Life, the practice combines traditional rural general practice with innovative telehealth services, allied health and preventative healthcare programs.
