Choosing the right size
The supplier’s sizing guide gives approximate capacities for different urn sizes. It lists typical adult urns at around 3.0 to 3.4 litres and keepsake products at approximately 35 to 50 ml. These are general guides only. The supplier recommends confirming the required size with the crematorium or funeral provider before purchasing.
Ordering and delivery
Customers can order directly through the website without creating an account. The supplier advertises free delivery Australia-wide and says orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of handling time, with Australian delivery estimated at 3 to 10 business days. These are published estimates, not guaranteed delivery times.
The supplier also advertises a returns policy. Check the current terms before purchasing, especially if the product is needed by a particular date.
Wholesale enquiries
Funeral homes and trade customers can contact the business directly for wholesale pricing. The supplier asks wholesale applicants to provide their business name, contact details and ABN. Freight charges may apply to wholesale orders.

MyRest notes
Cremation Urns Direct may be useful for families who want to explore decorative urns, keepsakes or cremation jewellery beyond a standard ashes container. Families can compare products and prices and purchase directly from the supplier rather than assuming that a decorative urn must be purchased through their funeral provider.
